G&T Services, Inc. was formed in 1987 by Greg and Teresa Lake. During his career as a grocery store manager, Greg began to see a need for proper parking lot maintenance and thus started servicing his own. This led to servicing other properties in and around Fort Wayne and eventually forming his own company to offer a variety of property management services to his loyal customers.

Over 25 years later, G&T is proud to have remained a family run business based in New Haven, IN. G&T has grown over the years to include services in and outside of Indiana with a focus on safety while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to provide a quality service every time.
